CP Intelligence

From a LinkedIn profile to a validated, sendable engagement sequence— in one pass.

Not a prompt box. A governed pipeline: research, intelligence, four written emails, discovery questions, sequenced CRM tasks, controlled sending, and provider-verified delivery history — with confidentiality enforced structurally, not by hoping the model behaves.

The six-step pipeline

Every stage is inspectable, editable and reversible. You approve; the system never gets ahead of you.

01

Start with a LinkedIn profile

Paste the prospect's profile and company. ClientPulse reads role, seniority, tenure, remit and public company signals — no manual research write-up.

02

Generate prospect intelligence

A business hypothesis, likely priorities and pressure points, matched practice areas, and the specific angle that earns the first reply.

03

A real four-email sequence

Initial email plus three progressively shorter follow-ups — each with one distinct purpose, written in a senior-advisor voice, signed with your configured identity.

04

Discovery questions

The questions to actually ask on the first call — framed as areas of attention, never as assumed problems you can't evidence.

05

Deterministic CRM tasks

Research the prospect (day 0), send or schedule the initial email (day 1), prepare for the discovery call (day 2). Research before sending — always in that order.

06

Approve, then start — never both

Approving saves the draft and builds a dedicated CRM sequence. Nothing sends until you review the sending account, recipient, schedule and timezone and press start.

The part no one else has: enforced confidentiality

Advisory firms can't market with client results they aren't allowed to name. ClientPulse decides what may be said before a single word is generated.

Confidentiality ceiling enforced

Every project carries a confidentiality level. Only proof points that pass the selected ceiling and are flagged for external use can ever be referenced.

No unpermitted metric can appear

Evidence is built deterministically on the server from permitted proof points only. Internal project prose is never handed to the model.

Three separated sources

Prospect intelligence, Approved Company Messaging and permitted project evidence stay strictly apart — and each substantive claim shows which source supports it.

Blocked content is shown, not hidden

Anything removed is surfaced as blocked internal content, excluded from the draft, and excluded from what is saved to the CRM.

With zero permitted proof points the system still writes strong outreach — grounded entirely in your Approved Company Messaging library — and states plainly that no externally permitted case evidence was used.

Sending, tracking and proof

Reviewable before it runs

Sending account, recipient address, every step's scheduled date and time, timezone and status — all visible before activation. Start, pause, edit or cancel at any point.

Provider-confirmed status only

A step is only marked sent when the email provider accepts it. Scheduled, queued, sent, delivered, failed, bounced and cancelled all show on the client record.

Fail-closed on late bad news

A delayed bounce, complaint or suppression pauses the enrollment retroactively and blocks every remaining step.

Everything on the timeline

Intelligence, emails, replies, tasks, meeting recaps and delivery history live on one client record you can print for a partner.
