Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 22, 2026

ClientPulse ("ClientPulse", "we", "us", or "our") operates the ClientPulse software-as-a-service platform available at clientpulse.ltd (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information you provide when you sign up: name, email address, mobile phone number, business name, industry, and password.
  • Client records you add to your ClientPulse workspace (your customers' names, emails, phone numbers, notes, documents, appointments, reminders).
  • Communications metadata from SMS, email, calendar, and voice features you enable (delivery status, timestamps, message IDs).
  • Payment information processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and log data when you use the Service.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • To send account, security, transactional, and reminder notifications by email and SMS that you (or, in the case of client reminders, your client) have requested.
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS / mobile information — no sale, no sharing for promotion

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information exclude mobile phone opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data collected by ClientPulse are used solely to deliver the messages you (or your client) have asked us to send — such as account verification codes, appointment confirmations and reminders, booking notifications, and operational alerts.

Information sharing with subcontractors who help us deliver the Service (for example our SMS provider, Telnyx) is limited to what is necessary to deliver the messages you have requested. Those subcontractors are contractually prohibited from using mobile information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

See our SMS Policy for the full opt-in workflow, message types, frequency, and opt-out instructions.

4. How we share information

We share personal information only:

  • With service providers that operate the Service on our behalf (hosting, database, email delivery, SMS delivery via Telnyx, payment processing via Stripe, calendar/email integrations you connect such as Google).
  • With your authorization or at your direction (for example, when you send a booking link or invite a teammate).
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections described in this policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Data retention

We retain account and client data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You can delete individual records at any time, and you can request deletion of your account by emailing support@clientpulse.ltd. We may retain limited information as required by law (for example, billing records).

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Access / correction: sign in to view or update your account and client data, or email us.
  • SMS opt-out: reply STOP to any SMS from us at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
  • Email opt-out: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Transactional emails (security, billing, account) will continue.
  • Deletion: request deletion of your account by emailing support@clientpulse.ltd.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
