Capacity mode

Named resources — each stylist is bookable in parallel; the client picks who they want.

Customer appointment setting

Client opens your public link /book/your-salon and sees a duration picker (e.g. 60 / 90 / 120 min) you defined in Settings.
After picking a duration they choose a stylist by first name + initial (e.g. 'Sara S.', 'Mike T.').
Only times when that specific stylist is free are shown — Google Calendar busy blocks are respected, and other stylists' bookings do NOT block them.
Client enters name, phone, email, and the service they want, then confirms.
They receive an instant confirmation email; 24-hour and 30-minute reminders fire automatically.
Birthday touches send themselves on file from the client record.

Agent calendar management

In the App header click 📅 Booking Setup, enter custom durations as a comma list (e.g. 30,60,90,120,180,240).
Choose capacity mode = Named Resources, then add your stylists (First name + initial). Toggle Active to take someone off the schedule (vacation, sick day).
Every confirmed booking lands on your single Google Calendar with the stylist's name and service in the title.
Open the in-app Calendar to see manual events, client meetings, next-appointments, and Google events in one month grid; click any event tied to a client to jump straight to their record.
Decline unwanted bookings with one click — the requester gets a templated email with your reason and alternative contact options.
