Customer appointment setting

  • Owner opens /book/your-clinic, picks a duration matching the visit type (wellness vs. sick visit).
  • They choose a vet or tech by name (e.g. 'Dr. Patel', 'Tech Maria').
  • Only times that specific provider is free are shown — Google Calendar busy blocks are respected.
  • Owner enters their name, the pet's name, species/breed, and the reason for the visit, then confirms.
  • Instant confirmation email; 24-hour and 30-minute reminders fire automatically.
  • Vaccination, birthday, and annual-exam reminders send themselves from each patient record.

Agent calendar management

  • App header → 📅 Booking Setup: set durations like 15,30,45,60 and choose Named Resources, then add each vet/tech (Active toggle for vacation/sick).
  • Every booking lands on your Google Calendar with the vet + pet name + reason in the title.
  • Use the in-app Calendar to see manual events, surgeries, vendor reps, and Google events in one grid; click any event tied to a client to open the owner + patient record.
  • Decline unwanted bookings with one click — owner gets a templated email with your reason and an alternative contact path.
